Returns

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible, your item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition you received it.

    • In the original packaging (if applicable).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

Need a different size or item? Contact us at sugarhillcreationsllc@outlook.com within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to help with an exchange if the item is eligible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right.

All digital downloads are final sale.
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations on digital items once delivered.

Handmade Products

We accept returns on handmade(not customized) items within 7 days of delivery.
